Hey there, I’m Alexzandreia
Born and raised in Asheville, NC and a wife and mama to two spicy little gals.
I have had the opportunity to provide support to new parents, other doulas/wellness professionals after I developed an extensive background working in the mental health field. I have always been a helper even before I founded my business which allows me to nourish and support others in more informal settings.
Being authentic, efficient, and understanding are important to both my personal and professional values and that plays a major role in the type of work that I commit and endorse myself to. Contributing my energy and service towards things that have potential to make a positive impact on the world, influencing the lives of future generations and community leaders is what makes my eyes and my heart light up, and feel fired up.
When I’m not working with my clients, I enjoy making my family and my home feel loved. My favorite author is Danielle Steele. I love doing crafts with my toddler and teaching her how to grow and nurture our garden. I spend a lot of time learning how to make homemade nourishing foods, medicines, and sustainable household products.
